He is the First and Last, the Beginning and the End!
He is the keeper of Creation and the Creator of all!
He is the Architect of the universe
and the Manager of all times.
He always was, He always is, and He always will be . . .
Unmoved, Unchanged, Undefeated, and never Undone!
 
He was bruised and He brought healing!
He was pierced and He eased pain!
He was persecuted and He brought freedom!
He was dead and He brought life!
He is risen and He offers power!
He reigns and He offers Peace!
 
The world cannot understand him,
The world's armies cannot defeat Him,
The world's schools cannot explain Him,
and the world's leaders cannot ignore Him.
 
Herod couldn't kill Him,
The Pharisees couldn't confuse Him,
The people couldn't hold Him!
Nero couldn't crush Him,
Hitler couldn't silence Him,
The New Age can't replace Him,
and nobody can explain Him away!
 
He is light, love, longevity, and Lord.
He is goodness, Kindness, Gentleness, and God.
He is Holy, Righteous, mighty, powerful, and pure.
 
His ways are right,
His word is eternal,
His will is unchanging,
and His mind is on me.
 
He is my Redeemer,
He is my Saviour,
He is my guide,
and He is my peace!
He is my Joy,
He is my comfort,
He is my Lord, and
He rules my life!
 
I serve Him because His bond is love
and His burden is light,
and His goal for me is abundant life.
 
I follow Him because . . .
He is the wisdom of the wise,
The power of the powerful,
The ancient of days,
the ruler of rulers,
the leader of leaders,
the overseer of the overcomers,
and the sovereign Lord of all that was and is and is to come.
 
And if that seems impressive to you, try this for size.
His goal is a loving relationship with you!
He will never leave you,
He will never forsake you,
He will never mislead you,
He will never forget you,
He will never overlook you.
 
When you fall, He will lift you up!
When you fail, He will forgive!
When you are weak, He is strong!
When you are lost, He is the way!
When you are afraid, He is your courage!
When you stumble, He will steady you!
When you are hurt, He will heal you!
When you are broken, He will console you!
When you are blind, He will lead you!
When you are hungry, He will feed you!
When you face trials, He will be with you!
When you face persecution, He will shield you!
When you face problems, He will guide and comfort you!
When you face loss, He will provide!
When you face Death, He will carry you Home!
 
He is everything for everybody, everywhere,
Every time, and in every way.
He is God, He is faithful,
He is love and He is life.
 
What a God, what a Friend!
You can depend on Him!
